Snowie 1-Year Ice Shaver Warranty

Our One (1) Year Ice Shaver Warranty applies to purchases made exclusively from authorized Snowie retailers. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and the original product and is non-transferrable.

We assure you that your Snowie ice shaver is free from material and workmanship defects for a duration of one (1) year from the purchase date, provided it is used under typical household conditions and maintained in accordance with the instructions outlined in the accompanying User Manual. Please review the following terms and exclusions:

Covered by Warranty:

  • Repair or replacement of the original unit or non-consumable parts deemed defective, at Snowie’s discretion, within one (1) year from the original purchase date.
  • If a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage concludes six (6) months from the date of receipt of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is later. Snowie reserves the right to substitute the unit with a model of equal or superior value.

Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (such as blades, shaver plates, and containers), which may necessitate regular maintenance or replacement for optimal performance. Replacement parts are available for purchase on Snowie’s official website.
  • Any modification or commercial usage of the unit.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper handling, failure to conduct necessary maintenance, or mishandling during transit.
  • Incidental or consequential damages.
  • Defects caused by unauthorized repair or alteration.
  • Products utilized or operated outside of the specified region.

How to Obtain Service:

Should your ice shaver experience operational issues under normal household conditions within the warranty period, please visit snowie.com/support for troubleshooting assistance. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-SNOW-UP for product support and warranty service options, including the potential to upgrade to our premium VIP warranty service for select products.

To expedite the service process, kindly register your product online at snowie.com/register and have the product details available when contacting Customer Service.

Snowie will cover the shipping costs for sending the unit to our service center for repair or replacement. A shipping fee will be incurred when Snowie dispatches the repaired or replacement unit, with exact fees outlined in the User Manual or obtainable by contacting Customer Service.

Initiating a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please dial 1-800-SNOW-UP and have your proof of purchase ready. We also encourage you to register your product online at snowie.com/register and have the product details on hand for efficient processing. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the claim process and furnish instructions for returning the product.

Applicable State Law:

This warranty bestows upon you specific legal rights, and additional rights may differ from state to state. Certain states may not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, hence the aforementioned conditions may not be applicable to you.
