Thank you for your purchase from Snowie Shaved Ice. Below you will find our return & refund policy.
Equipment Returns
Snowie has a 10-day return policy on all commercial equipment. To return equipment notify Snowie customer service within 10 days of receiving your items. You will be issued a return label for the equipment. Once we have received the item it will be inspected, and your refund will be issued. If you wish to return the product after the 10-day window a 20% restocking fee will be applied against the refund. Snowie will not accept returns for equipment that is past 30 days of receiving your order. Flavor Returns
Unfortunately Snowie is unable to accept the return of liquid food grade products such as, concentrate’s and Ready-To-Use flavors. Missing or Damaged Items
Snowie requires that we are notified within 2 days of delivery of any items missing or damaged items from your order. Once customer services access the extent of any damaged items a return label will be issued. Once Snowie has been notified by the carrier that the item has been shipped we will send a replacement.
