Very excited to get our Snowie. Just opened it to find the straw box all beat up and opened and shorted two of the bottles. Not sure how to get to customer service as when I clicked the warranty link It sends you to a non working page. Starting off with 4 star but Will update more once we get it set up to operate.Update: I have to say this is a pretty awesome little machine! Snowballs at our finger tips all day everyday! Very please with all of it.

I will be the first to admit that the targeted marketing on face book decided I needed this long before I did. They just kept at it until I was weak and caved for this rediculously priced snow cone maker impulse purchase . My husband WAS NOT happy about this purchase because I suffered a brain injury and ptsd from an mva a year ago and lost half our income.Well, turns out those relentless marketers were right, and so far this machine is the highlight of my summer. We live a sugar free low carb lifestyle so I can't order most typical drinks off a store menu anyways. It's perfect frozen blended coffee in any flavor at home for free whenever you want. It's a fantastic adult party machine. On demand perfect frozen daiquiri and margarita in every flavor you desire with no dishes except a cup. Just add your favorite drink mixer in your cup. Leave the booze out for the kids and add it to mom and dad's drink. Frozen lemonade, homemade Italian ice. And I can make it all sugar free and healthy with natural sweeteners like stevia liquid or erythritol. No more nasty store chemicals and artificial sweeteners.Snowballs for my Husky pup to chase and play with and lay in all summer. Perfect shaved ice to nestle dishes in to keep cold for out door gatherings. Everything comes out just as good as the drinks you buy for $7-10 each at the coffeeshop or favorite restaurant bar. This thing will pay for itself in one gathering making drinks at home all night.Oh did I mention the grandkids like it too? I did make them a snow cone with it... Almost forgot that's why I bought it! 🤣. Even upset hubby agrees that my rediculous spending is worth it's weight in gold this time.

After some very intense research I decided to go with this snowie snow machine, I was sceptical and hesitant, I don't like to she'll out this kind of money and not know how good or bad the product may be, well I am here to tell you this snowie machine is worth every penny, it is truly an amazing machine, put any ice cubes in it and you get snow in a matter of seconds . I have both brands of syrups the hawaiian ice brand and the snowie powder brand all the flavors are amazing. The machine is safe to use hands do not come in contact with the blade. This is a must have when you have children, even my 23 year old autistic son can use this. So if your looking for a snow cone machine look no further pay the price even though it may seem a little pricy you will not be disappointed it is worth every penny. I hope this review will help you make your decision, I am a single mom of 3 I was not paid or hoaxed to leave this review I stand by my word this little machine is truly amazing.

My area of the Southeast did not see a single snow flake this year. I was so disappointed that I decided to manufacture my own snow. After reading blogs and reviews, I settled for shelling out the money for this beautiful machine. I was honestly expecting to have to return it. I already have crushed ice from my refrigerator, and I was expecting an over-hyped machine that just made finer crushed ice. Nope. This little puppy makes SNOW! Just get the ice from your ice dispenser, in any shape or form, pour it into the top of this machine, press the lid down, and BAM! Snow! My husband has been raving about it. We’ve made smoothies with it (stirring it in. DON’T put smoothie ingredients in the machine! Just ice!), made snow cones for the kids, iced coffee, snow cream, etc. It has been used multiple times a day since I got it three days ago.My only complaint is I don’t like the syrups that come with it. I bought the machine along with the adorable cups, the snow shovel spoons (I mean, really. How cute is that?!), the syrup bottles, and the syrup mixes. It’s WELL worth the extra money to get all the accessories. If you’re going to shell out the money for the machine, go all out and get the accessories. Anyway, I’ve made the watermelon and grape flavors so far, and they taste like flavored medicines. I don’t think the syrups taste good at all, and neither do my kids. Easily fixed with some cheap Koolaide packets, though. I also grow my own fruit, so well be making our own strawberry, blueberry, and watermelon syrups from our garden. Just FYI on that, always mix your sugar and water or sugar and milk in a pot over medium heat to make a smooth consistency and not end up with a sugar grit syrup.Above all, this machine is wondrous! It’s safe with no sharp blades waiting to chop off small, curious hands. It’s fast. It makes actual snow. It is loud, but who cares? I’m a happy customer!

This is the real deal! Real shaved (snow cone) ice, not chopped ice like the other machines.Well it does make fantastic ice be warned It is very loud. I purchased a set of earmuffs because I use it multiple times a day. I originally bought a different model from a different manufacturer and it was pretty good but it was not real shaved ice. The other model was more like a blender type ice. This model is the real deal it is actually shaved ice. It doesn't have any rotating blades it has a special blade and the ice is shaved through it using centrifugal force. It is worth the money if you will use it on a regular basis or if you're very particular about having an actual snow cone. The quality of the machine is fantastic and I can see this thing lasting a lifetime. It's easy to maintain and the design keeps it simple so that you don't have to worry about it rusting. I've attached photos and a video of the other snow cone maker ice compared to this ice. You can see in the videos that this machines ice is much finer and more like snow than the other ice which is chopper.
